Problems with My Students

     I'm a part-time piano teacher who gives private piano lesson at home. Being a private piano teacher is not easy and there're so many problems that I've came across.. Why can't all the parents and students behave properly and need to give me such problems.. *sigh*
    
Case no. 1
Problem :
Student came unprepared. Neither practise nor finish their homework.
My evil thoughts but impossible:
Take a cane and give them a nice lipstick stain on the butt.
The best way:
"Dear you better practise and if you don't i'll gonna tickle you like this *tickle tickle* and if you don't finish your homework again, i'm gonna tell your mommy."

Case no. 2
Problem:
Parents didn't pay tuition fee on time. Some even owe me fees from December til March! That's alot okay. RM130X4 = RM520!! See thats why i;m always broke..
My evil but impossible thoughts:
Tell the parents "Aunty can you pls stop buying toto and use the money to pay fees anot?? You think student and part time teacher like me very rich and have lotx of time to do charity izit??"
The best way:
Sms the parents and just wait for a few more months. Or tell the mum face to face, but politely "Aunty, i think you forget to settle AAA fee's as it's already March now."

Case no. 3
Problem:
I told the student that mommy haven't pay the fee for Jan yet but her mum came to tell me that she already pay it. Not the first time somemore!
Me evil thoughts, again it's impossible:
Aunty you stop cheating young people like me can anot? You think i got so stupid izit..Everytime say paid edi paid edi.. You don't wan pay then you chao, ask other teacher teach your lazy daughter. Kanasai.. your own daughter also say you havent pay yet!
The best way:
Oh Aunty, i think you forget that you haven't pay me yet cause I'll sign it in the record book everytime you ask your daughter to pay me the fees. I'm very sure that you havent pay me yet. *smile*

Case no. 4
Problems:
Students always keep my original books for months when i asked them to photocopy it.
Evil thoughts:
Eh you want to photocopy or not? SMS and go paktor got time, ask you go photocopy my book no time. If you don't photocopy it, how the hell im gonna write those remarks and notes on it? Takkan you want me to write on my original book? Or better i sell my book to you lar..
The best way:
"Oh dear, why haven't you photocopy it yet? Mommy very busy? If so then I'll just buy the Original book for you but it's very expensive. RM100++ for original but photocopy only RM5++ ok mou??"

Case no. 5
Problems:
Students keep on cancelling class at the last minute (1 hour before lesson).
Evil thoughts:
You think here's what? Your school ar.. You don't come so late only inform me, go shopping 1 hour later cannot wan izit? So late only inform me, i won't replace your class!
The best way:
"Ok, enjoy then, i will replace your lesson next time when i'm free but please imform me earlier ok next time =)"

Case no. 6
Problems:
Students always forget to bring their pencil or eraser and end up using mine and take it back as theirs.
Evil thoughts:
No money buy pencil always come here and take mine. You think my dad open stationeries shop then you can take mine for free izit..
The best way:
Print sticker with my name and stick it on everything in my pencil case.

Case no. 7
Problems:
Show me black face aka taufu face when i raise my voice.
Evil thoughts:
If I don't scold you, you tersengih-sengih and don't take it seriously. Scold you a bit then like wanna cry. Like this no need come to class.
The best way:
Why can't you pay attention? Are you tired? What did you do just now? Dear.. go to the washroom and wash your face. Go and drink come water, walk around my garden and come back when you're ready. *smiling*

Watson's Terry Loofah Pad

     Went to Mid Valley with honey just now. Thought of taking our dinner there and watch a movie after that but there's no movie for us to watch, either the show time is too late or we've watched. I can't think of what to eat, honey suggested Sushi Tei for i dont have the appetite for Japanese food today so end up having Pepper Lunch at Food Court. I ordered Salmon rice with cheese and it's damn exp as compared to the Pepper Lunch in Pavilion. I dont feel satisfied so ordered a Kimchi but taste sux, not the same like the one that Bin ordered last time. =( 


     I feel bored and not syok for unable to watch movie so end up i got myself some stuff from Watson. Nagged by honey on the way home for spending on unnecessary stuff again. Super chiong hei aka long winded. =.=!! 


   I got myself an exfoliating loofah pad and a handcream and a foot brush+pumice stone for mum as she said she needs one long ago.

The condition before it was used. Still new and hard.

Comes with a strap, easier to use and hold when ur hand is wet. =)

Direction : Rinse loofah pad throughly in water before using. Apply a small amount of cleanser onto loofah pad, wet and rub over the body using circular movements to exfoliate and smooth the skin. Rinse your body with warm water to remove residue. Use 2-3 times a week for maximum effects.

Care and safety advice : Rinse in clear water and leave to dry naturally. The loofah will harden when dry, simply dampen under water to regain softness. Do not use on sensitive or broken skin. If irritation occues, discontinue use.

Pros :

1. Skin feels very smooth and clean after using.

2. Exfoliate my skin well.

3. Love the simple design and the colour.

4. Price is quite reasonable

Cons:

1. Very hard to use.

2. Dampen under water didn't make it soft, still hard and sturdy.

3. Quite harsh and thus can't be used daily.

4. I dont think it's durable. You'll see why..

Duh......

    Conclusion... I will not purchase this stupid TERRY LOOFAH thingy again as it's not nice to use and "lauya". Still prefers the normal soft loofah which can be used daily, gentle to skin and helps to exfoliate at the same time. =)

     Forced him to take a photo with me on the way home, before he starts driving. He said that the government should implement a new law - no photo-shooting in the car as the flash will distract the Driver.. Damn mafan and "ah pek" rite this man.. Beh tahan(can't stand him)... =.=

    I got myself a set of Loreal Hair product last week. Bought their Smooth-Intense Caring Shampoo, Conditioner and 1 Minute caring mask for dry and frizzy hair. Besides i also gt myself a Sunsilk Olive Serum protecting Leave On. So here's the whole set of them.

Shampoo:

The Loreal Shampoo is not bad and the result is almost the same as Schwarzkopf. However, Schwarzkopf products are more expensive as compared to Loreal. I've used Tresemme shampoo before which is quite pricey but the result is definitely unsatisfied. My hair became dry and frizzy and tangled up. Remember not to use Sunsilk Shampoo as it causes hair fall and give me super lotz of DANDRUFF!

Conditioner:

For this price, the result of the conditioner is ok. As compared to Schwarzkopf, I feel that the Loreal Conditioner is better but the best is still Dove Intense Repair Conditioner.

Serum:

I apply 1 pump of Crystal Repair Oil and a dollop amount of Sunsilk Leave-On serum on wet hair before blow-drying my hair. I only apply them at the roots of my hair without touching the scalp.

Hair mask:

The direction of the Loreal Hair Mask state that apply it on wet hair for 1-2 minutes and then rinse it off but i prefer to leave it for at least 15-20 minutes as i feel the result is better. My hair feel smoother and softer after using. The Schwarzkopf hair mask is better but it's way more expensive than Loreal, and if im not mistaken, the price is bout RM100+. 

Overall Result:

My hair feels soft and also nice to touch. Very smooth and non frizzy. Hair feels lighter and it's easier to manage.

   

Contact Lens

     Got my second pair of Tutti Circle colour lens and I've to say that this the best i've tried so far. Some of the brands i've tried are quite pricey while some are not as comfy as this. It cost me RM120 for 1 pair and it last for 3 months. Some seller will ask you to purchase two boxes of lens of different power but the one that i went said that he can mix the lens of different power for me in a box so i dont need to fork out such a big amount at one time.

     Besides, the boss of the shop is very friendly and pro. He show me his cert and checked my eyes thoroughly like if i have changes of power, astigmatism, moist level of my eyes and also if there's any bacteria infection. He also check the size of my iris and then he will pick the suitable lens for me. =) The price that he charge is quite  reasonable as it's not one of those shop inside the shopping complex like Paris Miki, England Optical and blah blah which charge at a cut-throat price.

     I've forgoten the name of the shop but it's located in Taman Segar, near Leisure Mall, at the same row with Maybank. I've to say that this Tutti Circle colour lens is good as I've been wearing them for 6 months but  supposingly it expired after 3 months of usage and i dont feel any irritation in my eyes. (Ok Ok Bin, i've threw the older pair and stop nagging..) However, this is not a good way to practice as this might harm your eyes and might cause bacteria infection, Lol...  The bad thing is, the choice of colour is very limited but they have the basic colour that normally everyone prefers.      In my opinion, wearing a coloured lens makes your eyes pop put more and makes you look fresher even thou without makeup. I like coloured lens alot and dislike the typical asian black colour iris. =( How i wish i have a pair of blue or green eyes without wearing coloured lens. LOL!! B.T.W, the pro says that it's not good to wear coloured lens all the time so it's better to alter it with a pair of normal contact lens but i dont give damn as you're only young once. Takkan you wear purple or blue colour lens when you're 40 year old rite.. :P But if i have enough of $$$ one day i'll just go and do a Lasik Surgery and save the hassle of wearing that stupid lens every morning.

     I was wondering why the hell they havent put up a notice on the notice board asking to fill and submit the form for jury examination and suddenly one of my friend told me that the due date was last Wednesday! *wide eye*


     I was worry that i cant take my jury exam again this sem ask i've extended and failed once. Cant sleep and i dont know what to do yesterday night. SMS-ed honey to tell him that i feel very upset and feel like giving up already, very lost.. =( I rolled on the bed with my eyes closed and finally i falled asleep.


     I automatically woke up at 7.30am today and im clueless. So early, i cant go back to sleep, the stupid P1 modem's red light in blinking(means no internet connection) and i got nothing to do. Feel so down and feel like screaming out loud but Rubin and Glenn will probably think that Karyen has gone mad....  *~*


     9am, Khailing called me as i asked her to woke me up yesterday night. I got an sms from my friend, asking me if i need help signing up Jam Room for jury practise but i was thinking.Can i make it to jury practise without that bloody form.. I just reply her and asked her to sign a few slot for me.. I asked her to check if the head of contemp music department is there but he's on leave!! =(


     What can i do??? No!!! How can he on leave when i have such emegency!! =(  Ah dont care, i finally sms him and asked if he can help as i dont wanna waste my time extending another semester and pay more to this lousy UCSI, feels like cabut-ing away from this place... 


     I sms Juan(head) and also Willy(my major teacher) as well but no one replied. Really feels like it's doom and gloom... After awhile, Miss Joey from music department called and asked why i havent submit my form as they need to arrange the time for jury. So i asked can i submit it today she say yes you must! Whoa! Jump with joy i quickly go get ready and hop happily to uni to fill the form, get my teacher's signature and hand it to Miss Joey! After that Juan reply that he'll help me and i need to hand the form to him tmr when he comes to office.  


     Ah.. Finally the dust is settled... everyone's trying to help me.. .Lol Lol Lol.. so everything's done for now and i need to prepare and practise harder for jury!! Whee!! and right now im waiting Bin for breakfast~~ =)
